Certifications
All stages of the organic production are controlled and certified in compliance with the regulations CE 510/2006, CE 834/2007 and CE 889/2008; “Casa Giafari” is also compliant with the Control Plan approved by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, and with the “P.D.O. Valli Trapanesi” regulations controlled by the C.C.I.A.A. of Trapani.
