The "Casa Giafari" organic extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from olives of the Cerasuola and Nocellara varieties, obtained from organic farming.

Our production is “P.D.O. Valli Trapanesi” certified, and is therefore regulated by strict standards which have the task of guaranteeing consumers a quality and genuine product, produced in such a way to preserve its precious food and organoleptic characteristics.

Both the recognition of Protected Designation of Origin and the BIO certification require scrupulous attention to each stage of the production process, from cultivation to extraction, to packaging. Each of these steps is rigorously checked and verified.
